This Privacy Policy applies to the Focus Whiteboard mobile application and related support services operated by Schubert (the “Service Provider”). It explains how privacy is handled when you use the application.
Information we collect
Focus Whiteboard does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download or use the application.
- No account or registration is required.
- No name, email address, phone number, or profile information is requested by the app.
- No advertising identifiers are collected by Schubert through the app.
- No analytics profile is created by Schubert through the app.
- Your tasks, goals, progress, and journal information are not uploaded to or stored on Schubert servers.
If the application uses an active internet connection for a network request, ordinary internet routing may involve transient technical information such as an IP address. Schubert does not retain this information for tracking or profiling through Focus Whiteboard.
Location data
Focus Whiteboard does not collect precise or approximate location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because Focus Whiteboard does not collect personal information through normal use, Schubert does not sell, rent, or share app-collected personal data with third parties.
Downloading the application through Google Play is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices, which are separate from this Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
Schubert does not retain personal data from your use of Focus Whiteboard because the application does not collect or send that data to Schubert.
Task information and productivity content created inside the application remain under your control on your device and are not stored on Schubert servers.
If you voluntarily contact Schubert by email, the contents of that communication may remain in our business email system only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain essential correspondence, meet legal obligations, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
There is no app account and no Schubert-hosted profile to delete. Because Focus Whiteboard does not store your task data on Schubert servers, Schubert has no app-user database containing your goals, tasks, progress, or journal entries.
You can remove locally stored application data by using the data/storage controls available on your device or by uninstalling Focus Whiteboard.
If you previously contacted Schubert directly and want personal information contained in that correspondence deleted where applicable, email [email protected]. We will handle the request in accordance with applicable law and any legal retention requirements.
Children
Focus Whiteboard is not directed to children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. Schubert does not knowingly collect personal information from children through normal use of the application.
Security
Because Focus Whiteboard does not transmit personal task data to Schubert, exposure of that data through Schubert systems is minimized. No system or device can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also maintain appropriate security controls on their own devices.
Changes to this policy
Schubert may update this Privacy Policy when the application, legal requirements, or our practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
